Danielle is the Manager controlling our robust compliance ship and our employee’s payroll! Danielle is a well organised individual who manages a strong team of Compliance & Payroll professionals whom are the nuts and bolts to our organisation and continue to ensure we are compliant with legislation and that all of our workers are fully prepared to work. With plenty of new Legislations & Framework policies coming into place, our compliance team ensure every candidate is fully vetted and that we are up to date with all their documentation plus their training prior to going out to work. Danielle also ensures that our workers are not only paid on time, but have an interactive Team to speak with for any payroll queries our agency workers may have.

Russ is one of the Team Leaders on our sales floor, responsible for driving the team and motivating them to continue getting our workers out to work and supporting the Healthcare industry! From progressing into this role from a Senior Consultant position, Russ has gained the experience of dealing with all types of candidate and client situations and is always able to ensure our employees and clients are satisfied across the board.
